At Cuddly Dolls, we stand behind the quality of every doll we create. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including any accessories, tags, or certificates).
- Certain limited-edition or custom items may have additional conditions — please contact us for details.
3. How to Return
- Email us at cuddlydolls2025@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping; using the original packaging is recommended.
- Include your order confirmation or invoice inside the return package.
4. Return Shipping
- Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the return for the refund to be processed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect, please contact us at cuddlydolls2025@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos and a description of the issue.
- Depending on availability and the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.
7. International Orders
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs or duty fees.
- Refunds for international returns will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
8. Change of Mind / Final Sale Items
- “Change of mind” returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the return conditions above.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
